The ICN Food List App helps you select bladder and prostate friendly foods.

The Interstitial Cystitis Network Food List App is designed to help interstitial cystitis and chronic prostatitis patients choose foods that will soothe rather than irritate their bladder or prostate. Its also appropriate for patients who struggle with acid sensitivity in the stomach and gut (i.e. gastritis and stomach ulcers). Ideal for use when shopping or eating out, it contains a searchable database of more than 250 foods rated for their ability to trigger discomfort. Foods are listed by: bladder friendly, try it or caution. The data in this app was developed over the past twenty years by the IC activists which were later confirmed in various diet research studies. It is an easy to use extension of the information offered on the Interstitial Cystitis Network website and in our various publications.Stability improvements.

Read trusted reviews from application customers

I read a review from 2018 that said the app isn't searchable. I read in the description it is searchable so I purchased the app. This app is not searchable and I'm disappointed. I requested a refund.

Cindy Cotter

I like the app and don't mind giving $2 for research. I do wish you could search things and also somehow check things that are good or bad. But overall a nice start!

Super Helpful

It's a good app for checking what foods to avoid if you have IC. I wish there was a way to add in personal notes to each page. Everyone reacts differently to foods and it can be hard to remember what foods or brands are ok or not. If I could record my personal notes in the app, it would make the app exponentially more useful

Basically you have to find your own food list. Its all different for each of us. Certain foods are a definite must stay away but it's trial and error. I agree app should be free because we spend a lot of money on supplies and food.

A Google user

Conflicting data. Says stevia possibly friendly on website sheet, and lists it as unfriendly on app. Don't trust. Way to simple and should be free.

My Urologist recommended this app to me. Its helping me pick the best food that are safer because of my bladder condition. It's so easy to use while shopping. Must get!

Maria Garcia

Easy to use while grocery shopping. Many many foods included. Extremely helpful for me. And free!
